We respect the intellectual property rights of both the users of #citystories and third parties, and users should not violate third party intellectual property rights by copying, adapting, posting, sharing or making any use of content, text, imagery, photographs, video, software or sound recordings which does not belong to or was not solely created by the user themselves without express permission from the copyright owner. It is every user’s responsibility to both find and seek permission from copyright owners of content before making use of it in #citystories.
To ensure that We remain a responsible platform which respects intellectual property rights, you, and all users, must use the site responsibly and do your part to help maintain our high standards and integrity. When We receive a valid notification of any infringement of intellectual property rights (either in content or otherwise), We are obliged under the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 to remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content and reserve the right and discretion to do so without any notice to you.

# A statement by you confirming that you have a good faith belief that the use of your intellectual property right in the allegedly infringing user content is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or otherwise by law;
# A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the user content in question infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights as complained of and is unauthorised by the owner of the intellectual property right in question, that the information in your E-Mail notification of infringement is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.
