A special panel of judges is busy curating the Diamond (re)Collection and we will announce which entries will be presented to the Queen very soon. The Royal Photographic Society Jubilee Award closed for entries on 30th September 2012. Results will be announced here in the autumn.
"Connecting Cultures for the Jubilee": This year the Royal Photographic Society (RPS), in partnership with the Royal Commonwealth Society, ran a unique 2012 Award for the Commonwealth – the Royal Photographic Society Jubilee Award.
The RPS invited Commonwealth photographers to submit a photographic piece to the Jubilee Time Capsule (JTC) to mark Her Majesty the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.
The prize for the top winner of the RPS Jubilee Award is:
Images had to relate to a day in the last 60 years that was important to the photographer, their family or community.

A number of JTC contributors were lucky enough to be awarded with a specially engraved iPod Touch. iPods were awarded to contributors who submitted entries that were particularly creative, insightful and of excellent quality. Explore some of the prizewinning entries below.
